Safely deepen postures without compromising alignment. Designed with a fixed loop on one end for quick and easy adjustments. Easily modify strap length to support different poses and transitions. Fold the fixed loop end back on itself through the D-rings and tighten to your desired loop size.

The metal components are lightweight and ding-resistant (unlike standard heavy metal rings), for a peaceful and supportive practice.
