DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties under the following terms. The customer is deemed to have accepted this agreement when placing an order.

Buyer:
The person placing the order, making a purchase through www.balancedyogastuff.com.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products purchased by the buyer through balancedyogastuff.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the relevant parties.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, color/number information of the products purchased by the buyer, the total sales price including taxes, and the shipping cost are clearly stated during the payment process.
4. Payment Method
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered on the site. Payment is collected when the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery Terms
Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer.
Delivery time is generally between 1-5 business days.
Shipping costs are stated during the payment process.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays; delays caused by the shipping company will be notified to the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
For the right of withdrawal to be valid:
The product must be unused,
The original box and label must be undamaged,
There is no right of withdrawal for products made to order.

7. Return Conditions
After the withdrawal notification reaches the seller, the return address will be notified to the buyer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days after the product reaches the seller.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in case of exercising the right of withdrawal (except for incorrect or defective products).
8. Defective Product
If the product is found to be defective/faulty:
The buyer must notify the seller within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller. The product will be inspected, and if approved, an exchange or refund will be issued.
9. Warranty
Products sold by Newborn Teknoloji A.Ş. are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Problems arising from misuse are not covered by the warranty.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided by the buyer is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and will not be shared with third parties. For detailed information, please refer to the Privacy Policy page.
11. Dispute Resolution
In all disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence are authorized.
12. Validity
By completing the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
