Balanced Yoga Stuff Return and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you have the right to return it within 14 days.

1. Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• It must be sent with the invoice or order number.
• Returns of products with signs of personal use will not be accepted.

2. Return Process:

You can initiate your return request through the "My Orders" panel on BalancedYogaStuff.com. Shipping information will be shared after approval. After we receive the product, payment will be made within 7-14 business days.

3. Right to Cancellation:

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped.
